I couldn't have been happier with the Real Estate services Ryan and Stephanie McNeil provided in listing and selling my house.Selling a home, after living in it for 30+ years can be extremely stressful .They arranged every thing from pricing, staging, photography to negotiating, with the buyer broker as well as working with the buyer's bank. Within a few days after the first open house they received multiple offers. Their strategy of fair market pricing resulted in offers well above asking price!I interviewed 2 other realtors prior to choosing Ryan and Stephanie. In addition to being the most professional their understanding of my needs, compassion and communication skills set them apart from others' robotic AI style.

We’ve done three transactions with Ryan and Stephanie (2 purchases and 1 sale), and all went smoothly. They are great to work with, always super responsive and walked us through the whole thing. They are great listeners too, and always respected our wishes. They are also very tech-savvy and I would particularly recommend them for buying and selling co-op’s, which is a completely different animal.

Stephanie helped us sell our coop apartment in Bayside. She was very knowledgeable and efficient. She gave great pointers for a successful open house. She also found us a good attorney and addressed any issues we had afterwards. We highly recommend her and Ryan as realtors.
